Our festival is arranged annually at the end of June. It is about a week or longer. Our festival is an international folk dance festival. We arranged VII. International Iskele Municipality Folk Dance Festival last year. We invited 5 groups from different countries which were Ireland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Israel and Poland.

The guest groups accommodate in beautiful hotels near the sea. The program of the festival is not busy. Each group has only one performance at a night. During the day, they all free. Depending on their choice they can go to sea, they can visit historical places or they can go to shopping.

Some nights of festival are broadcasted live and they can be watched all over the Europe. In addition to this, there are some beauty contests for guest groups.

Our festival does not have any competition characteristics. We arrange this festival for bringing all beauties of cultures together. We all have lots of things to learn about each country and this is a good opportunity for every nation.
